  • How can therapy help me with personal growth?
Therapy provides a safe, supportive space for self-exploration, helping you understand your behaviors, emotions, and thought patterns. Whether you’re looking to improve relationships, increase self-awareness, or create positive changes in your life, therapy can be a powerful tool for personal development.
  • What if I'm not sure if therapy is helping?
It’s normal to have questions about progress during therapy. In psychotherapy, the process of confronting difficult emotions and experiences can initially intensify distress, as it often involves facing painful memories or unresolved issues before healing and improvement occur. If you're unsure whether therapy is benefiting you, we encourage you to share your thoughts with your therapist. Together, you can assess progress and make adjustments to your treatment plan if needed.
  • Do you offer therapy for children or families?

  • How much do therapy sessions cost?
Our session fees vary based on the therapist's experience and your needs ranging from $105 to $195 Please contact us for detailed pricing information or to discuss sliding scale options if you're concerned about affordability.
  • Can I use therapy to address specific issues, like anxiety or depression?
Yes, therapy is highly effective for managing a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship problems, trauma, and more. Your therapist will work with you to address the specific challenges you're facing and help you develop strategies for managing them.
  • Is therapy confidential?

  • What if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment?
We understand that life happens! Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a fee.
  • How long does therapy take?
The duration of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. Some people see quick improvements, while others may require longer-term therapy. We typically recommend weekly sessions at first, but the frequency and length of therapy will be determined collaboratively between you and your therapist.
  • What should I expect during my first session?
During your first session, your therapist will spend time getting to know you, understanding your concerns, and discussing your goals for therapy. This is also an opportunity for you to ask questions about the therapy process and how we can best support you.
  • Do you accept insurance?
We accept several major insurance plans. Please contact us to verify if your plan is accepted. If we do not accept your insurance, we can provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) for reimbursement from your insurance company, depending on your plan.
